Tactical Gear Distributors, the leading wholesaler of tactical gear is expanding its headquarters sales team. We are looking for talented individuals who possess a passion for tactical gear and would enjoy helping retailers build their businesses while ensuring customer expectations are met.
Duties: Provide excellent customer service support Develop and maintain professional relationships with customer accounts Proactively make outbound calls to develop and maintain business relationships Provide accurate quotes to customers for special order products Enter customer orders while ensuring service commitment achievement Pursue add-on sales of products to increase average order size Provide order status updates to customers and follow-up to ensure order fulfillment Assist customers with product selection to meet their requirements Address customer problems and follow-up to ensure all issues are resolved Conduct prospecting efforts to develop new business Learn products to appropriately communicate benefits to customers Provide administrative support as assigned by management
Qualifications: Candidate must have a desire to be part of a dynamic sales team, and be a willing mentor to junior territory sales associates as needed or directed Highly organized and detail oriented Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and Excel software Able to communicate clearly and efficiently Committed to providing exceptional customer service for customers Able to multi-task while ensuring follow through on all open projects Comfortable talking to and engaging with customers over the phone and via email
Military or Law Enforcement experience Telephone/ E-Sales sales experience Bachelor or associate’s degree Knowledge of tactical gear and firearms
