Hogue, Inc. is seeking a motivated, friendly, and knowledgeable National Sales and Marketing Manager to represent the Hogue, Inc. product line of gun accessories and knives. This person will be responsible for creating and executing sales strategies to the extensive Hogue dealer and distributor network. Job Location either in Las Vegas Area or California Central Coast.
Responsibilities: •Manage Sales Rep Group • Business Development •Key Account Management and visiting key customers •Provide Product •Training Track weekly and monthly sales figures • Attend Trade Shows • Managing Sales Leads and Contacts •Other duties as needed
Necessary Clearances: •Clear Federal Criminal Background Check (Our business maintains ATF permit) • Clear drug screen • Documents for eligibility to work in the United States must be presented upon hire

Requirements: •Experience in the Knife/Firearm/Outdoor Industry • Experience in 2- step distribution preferred •BS in Business Management/Marketing, Communications, or similar preferred •Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) • Experience with Microsoft Office is a must (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) •Proficient in order processing through ERP systems Ability to travel 50% of time or more (international travel a plus) • Ability to work independently and be self-motivated •Military or Law Enforcement Experience a plus
