The Digital Marketing Manager/Director reports to the VP of Marketing and oversees the holistic digital marketing strategy for the company. Duties of the Digital Marketing Director/Manager: •Leads and champions all aspects of digital marketing across the consumer website, CRM efforts, social media channels, and eCommerce •Devising and implementing strategies to drive digital objectives, goals, and measures •Leads and champions all digital optimizations, measurements, and analysis •Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns as part of larger initiatives •Leads and manages all aspects of company SEO/SEM •Responsible to take eCommerce revenue to new, higher levels in FY18 and help re-position the organization as a strong digital-centric brand •Overseeing the social media strategy and editorial calendar •Managing the future redesign of the company website and digital experience •Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing and eCommerce efforts •Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data •Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) •Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights •Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests •Collaborate with internal teams to optimize user experience •Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points •Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners •Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate •Key member of Marketing Lead Team
Requirements: •Bachelor degree in related field •Experience leading digital efforts for consumer brand, with emphasis on CRM and eCommerce •Experience managing PPC, SEO and Affiliate programmers •Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice •Experience in SEO/SEM, database management, and social media channel strategies
