We are looking for an Independent Sales Rep Agencies for the outdoor/hunting industry to represent Slumberjack (SJK), and MasterSportsman (MSM) brands in key geographic regions.

We re-launched tSlumberjack in 2014, and have established distribution in several key National and Regional accounts and now are following our plan to build volume and drive investment back into the brand through developing specialty retailers in key geographic regions.
SJK continues to have enormous social media connection since the re-launch, going from 1,500 Facebook followers in 2014 to 95,000 in 18 months. The consumer is asking for more exposure to SJK https://slumberjack.com/ and our OPP brand, Master Sportsman https://mastersportsman.com/; we are expanding our distribution to core specialty dealers and enhancing our assortment at regional and national accounts. With thoughtful planning and coordination, we have a can do team that is driven to succeed and grow these brands.

Key Responsibilities: -Establish contact, gain placement and maintain close relationships with hunt/fish and outdoor specialty mom & pops, multi-door or regional retailers Service accounts regularly securing replenishment orders. -Provide product trainings and clinics for accounts as needed. -Pursue new accounts and expand overall account base in the territory -Assortment planning for key accounts, includes brand marketing initiatives -Present clear and persuasive product presentations to retailer buyers -Execute sales programs and meet booking deadlines Forecast for account base annually -Meet or exceed annual forecast -Attend applicable regional, buying group, and industry shows.
