•B.S. of Engineering (M.S. preferred) •10+ years of related experience •5+ years of experience in a senior manager role •Knowledge and application of manufacturing standards and processes (GD&T, design interpretation, assembly and fabrication, etc) •Strong background is developing and monitoring quality performance metrics with proves success •Successful application of APQP, PPAP, PFMEA and DFMEA •Successful application of Six Sigma and Quality tools •Ability to interact and work across all levels of an organization •Bi-lingual in English and Spanish is a plus
