Kimber Mfg., Inc. a rapidly growing and leading manufacturer of fine sporting firearms with locations in AL, NY, NJ and MT has an immediate opening for an experienced E-Commerce Manager located in Troy, Alabama. In this role you will be responsible for conveying a consistent brand image that attracts customers by encouraging sales on the company e-commerce website. The E-commerce Manager will oversee selected web designer and software developer vendors that create the online transaction system and look of the website. Responsibilities •E-commerce Manager to contribute in the development, implementation, tracking and optimization of Kimber’s digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels . •Directly responsible for driving traffic, conversion and ROI for all digital acquisition channels, including paid search, natural search/SEO, affiliate, display advertising (remarketing, programmatic, addressable media, and direct-buys), comparison shopping engines and marketplaces, email campaigns, and some social media. •Supervise external vendor relationships for key channels including paid search, natural search/SEO, affiliates, display advertising (remarketing, programmatic, addressable media, direct-buys), comparison shopping engines and marketplaces; review agency reports and run internal reports to monitor performance and seek improvement opportunities. •Provide input for annual budgeting, as well as monthly/weekly/daily forecasting and reporting to Director level for traffic, revenue, spend, ROI and other performance KPIs. •Constantly seek optimization and growth through performance analysis, A/B and multivariate testing, customer segmentation, creative partnership, landing page optimization and more. •Serve as internal digital marketing thought leader; identifying new technologies, evolving best practices, competitor activity, and testing opportunities that help drive the business. •Support digital strategies to drive brand growth from an omni-channel strategy including geo-targeting to boost store traffic, cross-channel purchasing, email acquisition in stores and other omni-channel customer segmentation opportunities. •Develop relevant content topics to reach the company’s target customers. •Analyze key metrics and tweak strategy as needed. •Compile reports for management showing results (ROI). •Demonstrate ability to map out a comprehensive digital marketing plan. Drive strategies that are proven by testing and metrics. •Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy. •Analyze campaigns and translate anecdotal or qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising social media, content marketing, SEO and social advertising campaigns. •Monitor effective benchmarks (Best Practices) for measuring the impact of social media campaigns. Analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in a digital marketing role, preferably ecommerce, retail, with a proven track record in driving customer acquisition and revenue growth. •Must have a mastered knowledge in using Magento E-commerce platform •Excellent written and oral communications •Ability to develop presentations by translating complex digital concepts into digestible content •Familiar with marketing attribution concepts and tools •Knowledge of mobile marketing and mobile trends •Experience managing agency relationships is a plus •Experience developing and executing robust marketing partnerships to drive acquisition •Proficiency in digital trends and best practices •Robust quantitative skills including forecasting ability and ROI analysis – demonstrated ability to apply logical thought process to problem solving and deliver recommendations •Proactive, collaborative, organized, problem solver •Excellent project management and communication skills •Proficient MS office user, especially Power Point and Excel (pivot tables, etc.) •Proficiency in Google Analytics and other web metric systems •Displays in-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, their respective participants (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, SnapChat, YouTube, Pinterest etc.) and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios •Practices superior time management Education Requirements •Preferred: Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S) or equivalent preferred Benefits: We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package that includes health and dental insurance, 401k Savings Plan, and paid time off.
