The Controller – Director of Finance reports to the President and CEO. He or she is responsible for planning, organizing and supervising accounting functions including general accounting, policy development, cash management, budget and audit preparation, forecasting revenues and expenditures, purchasing and accounting-related contract compliance and corporate risk management. The Controller – Director of Finance prepares and analyzes data for and participates in Board of Directors and Audit Committee meetings.
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required, MBA preferred
Minimum of 15 years of progressive accounting responsibilities
Supervisory or management experience
Experience with Macola, a plus
Manufacturing experience, a plus
Shooting sports knowledge, a plus
Ability to travel up to 25%
