Performs various management functions within the Fine Gun Room/Gunsmith/Gun Range while providing exemplary customer service to associates as well as customers.
Generate Sales in the Fine Gun Room; work with Gunsmith Shop/RedHead Range Manager to maintain work flow for certifications and in-store services.
Manage Fine Gun staff and Customer Service throughout the Fine Gun Room.
Works with merchant, Fine Guns for trades and used gun purchases.
Travel as needed for Fine Gun Room business.
Manage Fine/Used Gun presentation, stock numbers, purchase order processes, website listings and firearms selling procedures.
Other duties, assignments and responsibilities as needed.
Provide a legendary experience for every customer, every time by assisting customers in making buying decisions by: identifying and evaluating customers' needs, making product recommendations based off of this analysis and promoting programs including, but not limited to CLUB Membership, VOC and In-Store Pick-up
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Owner/Manager of a private gun shop OR a minimum five years sales experience in new, used, antique and collectible guns with two years of experience managing sales floor.
Business management academic training/education or equivalent experience.
Understanding of Gunsmithing procedures.
Must be able to appraise the value of used/collectible guns.
Strong working knowledge of BATF regulations.
Product knowledge in English, Italian, Early American and European arms and their makers.
MS Office, 10-key with excellent typing and communication skills.
Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to our customers and other associates
Able to lift up to 50 pounds
Able to stand for extended periods
Must be 21 years of age or older.
