We are seeking an experienced hands-on Social Media Manager to primarily dedicate their time to developing and aligning all our social media outlets to maximize Century’s presence in the market. Additionally, this role will devise and execute marketing plans supporting established brand strategies for all advertising and promotional channels including print, broadcast, and events to achieve specific product or customer objectives and business plans.
The right fit for Century is someone who is a master at building brand/company awareness on all social media platforms. Someone with a degree in communications and Marketing combined with 5+ years of marketing or public relations experience. The ability to work with cross-functional teams, a knack for research, a sharp wit and a willingness to work during nonstandard business hours will get special notice. Experience in the outdoor or shooting industry is a significant plus.
