To represent IWI US Inc. in the commercial market nationwide, working closely with external sales representatives, dealers, and distributors to meet and exceed sales goals.
Reports to Director of Sales and Marketing and works with management to establish sales goals and projections while managing inside sales team.
Establish and develop relationships with retail, distributor and buy-group businesses to promote company product and drive revenue.
Actively prospect new and existing accounts by phone and email.
Work with external sales representatives to maintain accounts and sales.
Train dealer and distributor sales staff on the value proposition of IWI US Inc. product offerings.
Help creating an enduring brand message that results in increased sales, brand loyalty and improved market share.
Seek out new marketing opportunities and brainstorm growth strategies that fit with the brand and maximize opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with industry partners to create engaging campaigns that reach new audience segments.
Assists in planning major sales events, including planning promotions, implementing campaigns and reporting results.
Assist in the overall marketing strategy development in line with company objectives.
Coordinate and attend industry trade and sales shows and product demos nationwide.
Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing and/or potential dealer accounts.
Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers.
Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, and merchandising techniques from dealer input.
Resolves dealer issues by investigating, developing solutions, preparing actions, and making recommendations to management.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge of products and its competition.
Desired education and experience:
BA/BS University degree with a concentration in marketing, promotions, sales, or business administration preferred.
Three to five years of sales management/marketing experience.
Firearms experience and knowledge.
Social networking knowledge and experience.
Experience with MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel software.
Must pass drug and background check.
