Jones & Co a leading sales agency representing shooting sports and the outdoor industry in all 50 states, is looking for an outside sales representative to service and create sales growth for accounts in the MO, KS and NE territory.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Working with customers and potential customers to present products and programs for the manufacturers we represent. Regular communications with customers to follow up on existing opportunities and to identify and present new opportunities. Working closely with agency management to review opportunities, priorities, forecasts, and goals. Attending annual vendor sales meetings and industry trade shows. Supporting dealer and consumer events such as in-store promotions, range events, regional shows, etc.
Preferred Skills & Experiences:
Reside within sales territory
Exceptional communication & relational skills
Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Power Point
Strong work ethic and be self-motivated
Outdoor oriented with a competent knowledge of firearms
Outside sales and/or retail sales experience
