GunMag Warehouse, a leading supplier of online firearm accessories, is seeking a Copywriter to write clear and engaging copy for our website catalog, categories and landing pages. Working in an office environment, you’ll be responsible for working collaboratively with various team members, vendors and others to gather information and create informational content for the express purpose of aiding our customers’ purchasing decisions. Our ideal candidate is an exceptional writer, with a passion and prior experience in the firearms industry.
-Researches, develops, organizes, writes and edits relevant content that aids in the end user in purchasing decisions -Utilizes all available means to ensure accuracy of content -Addresses new content production and revisions in a timely and efficient manner -Maintains organized records of all materials, drafts, and previous versions -Follows and maintains established content guidelines -Reviews published content to maintain accuracy and continuity of content guidelines -Occasionally may aid in production of written content for email campaigns and other marketing materials
-1+ years of Copywriting experience -Strong oral and written communication skills -Interest or experience in the firearms industry preferred -Proficiency in MS Office Suite -Demonstrates ability to quickly learn and apply new tools, processes, and standards -Working knowledge of document structuring, content communications, and presentation techniques -Strong research and problem solving skills -Ability to work independently and collaboratively -Strong time management skills and an ability to take accountability for completing projects
