Regonal Sales Manager - UT/CO/NV/AZ/NM

Under the direction of the Director of Sales, the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) will perform the field sales functions for all Mossberg, Maverick, Mossberg Internatiional products and manufacturing services in the assigned regions. Responsibilites: Establish and maintain effective business contacts with distributors and retailers within the assigned territory. Meet and exceed sales volume goals for assigned region. Maintain a rolling 12 month demand plan for forecasted sales within assigned territory. Execute Corporate sales programs and promotions for assigned territory. Monitor, update and maintain Customer Relationship Management (CRM) including profiles on each A-B-C retailer in assigned territory. Monitor, develop, conduct and assist with training customers on Mossberg products. Complete monthly report, gather and compile information, analyze data, and report findings, trends and other information as requested. Travel ouside of territory to support Distributor Shows, Buy Group Shows, Consumer Trade Shows, Sales Meetings and other events as needed. Operate within a budget including travel expenses, equipment, and business development funds (BDF). Other duties as assigned.

BA Degree or equivalent experience -- 3 to 5 yrs of successful sales account management experience -- Strong firearms knowledge/experience - retail experience a plus -- Solid communication, problem solving, and self-starting skills -- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and accuracy -- Proficient in Microsoft office -- Able to work in a team environment --Able to travel weekly is required.
