We are looking for a General Manager to join our family owned business. The responsibilities include a clear strategic plan, managing human resources, operations, finance, sales, marketing and product development.

The successful candidate will need to have a strong pro Second Amendment stance with an excellent understanding of the USA firearms industry and especially our customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee day to day operations of sales, marketing, production, and shipping & receiving
• Develop, implement, and maintain budgetary and resource allocations plans
• Compliance to BATF regulations for import/export
• Develop policies and processes to improve efficiency and profitability
• Recruiting, hiring, and training of employees to maintain performance
• Compliance to OSHA and EPA regulations and safety programs
• Solve any staff conflicts efficiently for mutual benefit of those involved.
• Human resource policies and benefits
• Assist in product development plans and evaluations
• Provide upper management reports

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience in managerial role with minimum of 5 years experience
• Strong experience in planning, forecasting, and budgeting
• Strong decision-making capabilities
• Excellent communication skills both orally and in writing
• Ability to resolve conflict in a respectful and professional manner
• Strong working knowledge of operational procedures
• Strong organizational and leadership skills to motivate and hold employees accountable
• Proficiency in math and blueprint reading
• Automation implementation experience a plus
• Good knowledge of firearms and regulations
