New Hire Training: It takes time to train a Rockstar. We require full time availability for the 8 week training program which is scheduled Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM. Training includes New Employee Orientation, product training, systems training, on-the-job-training. As part of the training, Advisors will earn their State Property and Casualty License. Earning certification with the state is a condition of employment. |
