Position Summary:

This position will support the training division and be responsible for coordinating USCCA hosted classes and Official Partner certification classes, supporting the Training Class Coordinator and Coordinator of Quality & Conduct as needed, developing new processes and procedures for new curriculum launches and executing projects as assigned by the Training Operations Manager. This position will also communicate the voice of the customer and Official Partner Ranges to the Training Division leadership team. 

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all logistics for hosted classes in adherence to respective budgets to include but not limited to:
  • Hotels for staff and students
  • Classroom space
  • Range facilities
  • Transportation
  • Meals for students and staff during class
• Manage communication for hosted classes with students and staff
  • Execute clear email cadence with students to include but not limited to:
    • Class requirements/expectations
    • eLearning progress updates
    • Personal needs (allergies, emergency contact, etc)
    • Post class email and survey
  • Execute clear email cadence with staff to include but not limited to:
    • Logistics (facilities, times, class assignments)
    • Introductions of team lead to all point of contacts
    • Special considerations
    • Collect post class results by student
  • Organize and ship class and range support materials
  • Fully manage classes within the USCCA Training site.
• Coordinate Official Partner Program certification classes
  • Coordinate with outside sales team on upcoming classes
  • Manage communication with the range and selected Training Counselor to include but not limited to:
    • Set up preferred class dates and time
    • Class requirements/expectations
    • eLearning progress updates
    • Introduction to the Training Counselor
    • Post class email and survey
  • Organize and ship class and range support materials
  • Fully manage classes within the USCCA Training site.

• Manage class rosters and materials for Training Division classes.
• Attend Training Division events as needed to support staff and assist in coordinating with outside vendors during the classes as well as offering additional sales opportunities to students. 
• Add instructor status to Salesforce and Education & Training Doc.
• Coordinate with the Training Operations Manager regarding processes and procedures for new curriculum launches.
• Work with Fulfillment in sending out Instructor Toolkits.
• Handle eLearning issues, class concerns, and login issues.
• Represent the USCCA Education and Training Program in a confident, respectful and professional manner.
• Assist with project management as assigned.
• Other duties as assigned.
