The Marketing Commerce and Promotions Manager will serve as the brand and strategy expert on commerce initiatives and promotions.
Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned):
Develop and execute commerce and promotional strategies to align with global brand initiatives
Promote brand awareness and consumer interest and engagement through commerce and promotional products
Manage e-commerce and promotional store platforms
Track e-commerce performance and report results
Govern commerce and promotional forecasting, transactions, inventory, and loss prevention audits
Develop new commerce and promotional product designs and pricing for various stakeholders including internal departments, global groups, distributors, agencies, dealers and end-users
Work with Sales in support of promotions/sales activities
Establish/maintain relationships with product and design vendors
Manage commerce or promotional communication across appropriate departments
Ensure product compliance with registered trademarks
Develop and monitor budgets for promotional programs
Manage retail and promotional items on-site and at events
Support other Marketing projects and teams with promotional products
Able to travel approximately 10% of the time

Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor's degree required in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field
1-4 years’ experience in e-commerce
Proven, professional record in development and execution of promotional programs
Experience working cross departmentally to accomplish common objectives
Outdoor or firearms sector experience preferred
Purchasing, merchandising or sourcing experience a plus

Employee will work regularly scheduled shifts within the department’s hours of operation and may be asked to work outside, overtime and weekends, when needed for special assignments or programs.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Typical days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., but may require some work outside of these hours.
