The Shooting Disciplines Manager reports to the General Manager and is responsible for the day-to-day outdoor operation of the club. The Shooting Disciplines Manager assures that all shooting disciplines function flawlessly. Shooting disciplines include operations of Sporting Clays, Skeet, Bunker Trap, Helice, 5-Stand, Grid, Powder Pigeon and Rifle Range. This position is responsible for shop, mechanical equipment and personnel serving these venues. The position provides supervision and leadership to all maintenance, repair, grounds-keeping and support personnel. They will service and interact with a diverse group of clients, guests, and members. This position is compensated by salary.

Working knowledge of the principles of facility management and guest services.
Must have experience in managing facilities insuring compliance with all local, state and federal laws.
Must have a flexible schedule and the ability to work long hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to lift/push/pull 65 lbs. on a regular basis.
Comprehensive understanding of sporting event, charitable fund raising, private event, special event, and/or banquet revenue generation and cost accounting.
