POSITION SUMMARY: Serve as assistant to Senior Vice President/General Counsel. Provide general office, government relations, and public affairs support to various members of the Government Relations, Public Affairs and Legal Department. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Serve as assistant to SVP/GC in performing a broad scope of administrative support duties including but not limited to: Coordinate travel details and maintain busy calendar and travel schedule. Screen incoming calls and respond to or direct as necessary. Prepare written correspondence as needed. Schedule and calendar regular meetings as needed. Prepare drafts of documents, e.g. meeting minutes.
