Tactical Solutions Inc., a firearm manufacturing company located in Boise, Idaho is hiring Technical Support Specialists and Advanced Assembly Technicians for Full Time positions.  These positions offer a 4-day work week with three-day weekends.  Overtime is regularly available.   Tactical Solutions offers a safe, enjoyable work environment with great benefits. 

Job Duties

• Technical Support Specialists provide consumer product support and customer service via telephone/email. Product support and customer service includes answering product-related questions, troubleshooting, and repairing identified product issues.
• Advanced Assembly Technicians duties include but are not limited to, a variety of component part finishing operations, packaging, assembly of sub-components and complete firearm assemblies.

• Self-starter and desire to learn
• Strong attention to detail
• Demonstrate a positive attitude
• Ability to understand the mechanical function and interaction of firearm working parts
• Basic knowledge operating a computer
• Ability to work with a variety of machines and tools
• Candidate must be able to pass a mandatory criminal background check

Physical Requirements

• Periods of prolonged standing or sitting
• Lifting of up to 50 pounds
• Use of safety equipment
• Ability to perform repairs / assembly on firearms
