JOB SUMMARY The Customer Relationship Manager acts as the key touch point to GOSAFE’s customers and will be the first and most important point of contact for any customer communication, request, or issue.  The Customer Relationship Manager will determine the quality of the customer experience and is empowered to ensure a world class experience for all GOSAFE customers.     ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure that customers are completely satisfied with GOSAFE interactions, products, and services Educating customers and clients about the variety of GOSAFE’s additional products and professional services Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interacti
