The National Sales Director at Buck Knives is responsible for achieving the annual commercial sales revenue budget, and for leading and driving the performance of the company’s inside and outside sales organization. The right person will be a seasoned sales leader who can develop, lead, and retain a strong sales organization filled with strong performers who work as a team to achieve the company’s long-term revenue growth and profit goals.
