Basic Function:  To oversee, manage, and grow Otis (including Shooter’s Choice) sales and profitability at assigned accounts through the application of effective sales techniques including category management, consultative/COS selling, and relationship building at all levels of assigned accounts. Responsibilities: Direct Sales Rep force at assigned customers to ensure results using best-in-class sales practices Execute effective category management techniques to develop product assortment, promotion, planograms, merchandising and new product introductions to each key account including Bass Pro (and others) Monitor and track competitive activity to identify and forecast new market opportunities
