Position Overview: The Director of Merchandising will work directly with top management, the company’s Merchandise Managers and other departments to achieve the corporate goals of the company as they relate to product assortment, inventory levels, pricing, promotion, sales, margin enhancement and vendor relations. Additionally the role includes mentoring the Merchandise Managers to improve their competencies and the execution of their duties. This position requires moderate travel, including attending shows and making vendor visits.
