General Purpose: Responsible for assisting the Manufacturing Supply Chain department and Supply Chain processes of GLOCK Inc. in Smyrna, GA.  Supervisory Responsibilities: Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the company’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include recommendations of hiring and firing employees and planning, assigning and directing work, conducting employee performance reviews; rewarding and disciplining employees, addressing complaints and resolving problems Manufacturing Supply Chain Operators and Adjusters (Kardex, Saw, & Transportation)  Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned)
