Provide designs for new firearm products from concept to production release. Designs includes concept drawings and prototyping sketches Provide estimate cost of design and tooling to implement into production Production release to include complete drawings with all specifications to produce the final product Work collaboratively with Marketing, Sales, Manufacturing Engineering, Purchasing, Production and Quality Engineering teams as required. Analyze and improve existing processes and products, including updating documentation.
