Additionally, this new hire will have a capable and resourceful personality that can identify with Steambow’s company culture of success, technological know-how, and strong attention to detail in marketing (80% of job), and sales and operational support roles (20% of job).
Candidate and Position Summary
As a key member of the US organization, you will collaborate with other sales, business development and marketing team members to provide the support needed to execute the US sales plan.
You will have a high level of experience in the following core marketing areas of expertise – graphic design and visual content, web design and user experience, digital marketing, social media platforms, influencer marketing, YouTube, SEO, Shopify, Pay-Per-Click advertising (Google, Bing Ads), content marketing and creation, email marketing, analytics and data analysis, copy writing, general online and e-commerce platforms, and customer relationship management.
With this goal in mind, you will work to understand customers’ requirements, identify solutions to meet customer demands, develop the business case for both internal and external stakeholders, and support the sales and general management teams, in the US and Austria.
Primary Tasks
Self-directed, well disciplined, and open to some US travel to customer prospects, customers, partners, and conferences and industry expositions and tradeshows
Sales meetings with Austrian and US-based teams
Commit to general US business development and marketing strategy
Advise and support Steambow’s existing customers
Ensure that effective two-way communication channels are open to provide feedback from partners and customers to capture the accurate assessments of end-users
Expectations
