Looking for a full-time employee with significant customer service background and firearm experience. We are seeking someone who can listen to customer service inquiries and then offer a unique and innovative solution. We will provide a roadmap. The successful candidate for this role will have a strong command of the company's customer service policies, and be well-trained in product knowledge that will be critical to offering quick and accurate assistance. Personality is required!
Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services.
Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with customers and work to establish a positive rapport with every customer.
Resolves product or service problems by listening and evaluating customer complaints. Determine the cause of the problem. Select and explain the best solution. Expedite corrections and adjustments. Follow up to ensure resolution.
Update customer information during and after each communication to ensure accurate and full information is in place to assist other departments in completing orders, warranty / refund requests, etc. with accuracy.
Work with management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies.
Impact the company's bottom line by problem solving and turning frustrated clients into repeat customers.
Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing metrics set by Customer Service Team Lead.
Other duties as assigned.

Required Schedule
Must be flexible to work as assigned between 9am and 7pm (EST) Monday through Saturday. Typical shift is 8 hours, Average work week 40 hours.
Availability for overtime during the Holiday Season.
Experience:
