This is where you come in to play. We need knowledgeable, resourceful, professional, and driven regional or national independent and manufacturer sales representatives in the sporting goods industry.
This person will have the right mix of technical education and experience, and will come from the shooting sport, firearms, weapons, archery, and/or hunting industries.
Contractor Role Summary
Ideally you have successfully worked in and around the sporting goods and shooting industries (firearms, crossbows, hunting) for many years, have deep level of experience, and extensive network to distributors, buyer groups and dealers.
Where and when necessary, you may collaborate with other sales, business development and marketing team members to significantly grow Steambow’s top-line revenue.

Responsibilities:
Sales Generation: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth within your assigned territory. Identify new leads, prospect potential customers, and convert leads into sales
Customer Relationship Building: Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with firearm retailers, distributors, and other industry partners. Understand their needs, provide exceptional customer service, and serve as a trusted consultant

Deep and broad experience in the gun and sporting goods industry

Very good organization and structured way of working and communicating with US partners, customers and HQ
