We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The position is commission-based, providing you with the opportunity to earn uncapped income based on your performance.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect and generate leads through various channels
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations
• Build and nurture client relationships to foster long-term partnerships
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitors

• Proven experience in outside sales or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with industry or product knowledge is a plus
