JOB DESCRIPTION Uses CAD software to draft blueprints and engineering plans for manufacturing parts. Maintains engineering files to control configurations and revisions. Works with other teams to develop engineering changes that lead to cost savings. Performs research for new projects to bring solutions for engineering or manufacturing challenges. Assess ideas and prototypes to determine issues and risks. Monitors and reports progress of all engineering initiatives. Manages the circulation and completion of ECR’s and ECN’s and implements changes as required. Support manufacturing as required to mitigate production delays. Contributes solutions to improve production efficiency.
