General Summary: Shooting Sports Buyer candidates should have knowledge and experience in the Shooting Sports industry as well as retail business practices. Responsible for the negotiation of pricing, selecting appropriate mix, controlling of open to buy, sell through, inventory levels, gross profit and markdowns. The Buyer will work with store management to merchandise sales floor in order to increase sales and keep the floor fresh and up to date. Frequent contact with retail and warehouse management as well as our outside vendors/sales representatives. Works under the general direction of the Vice President.
