VISION
The Vice President of Marketing is responsible for the strategic direction, leadership, and execution of the company's marketing initiatives. This role will focus on driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth through innovative marketing strategies. The VP of Marketing will lead a dynamic team, collaborate with cross-functional departments, and work closely with senior leadership to align marketing efforts with the overall business goals.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS
Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy, aligning with the company's business objectives and growth goals.
Lead and inspire the marketing team to achieve targets in brand development, demand generation, customer engagement, and retention.
Oversee the development and execution of brand positioning, messaging, and identity across all channels.
Ensure brand consistency in all marketing communications and initiatives to build and maintain strong brand recognition and reputation in the market.
Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
Drive customer acquisition and revenue growth through multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content marketing, social media, and traditional marketing channels.
Optimize the marketing funnel to improve lead generation, conversion rates, and customer retention.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, optimize performance, and inform decision-making.
Prepare and present regular reports on marketing performance to senior leadership.
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability.
Set clear goals and objectives for the marketing team, and regularly review performance and identify opportunities for professional development and training for team members.

WORK SCHEDULE/HOURS
Main hours are Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
Schedules will vary depending on business needs, and may entail working nights, weekends and holidays. Must be flexible to work outside of normal departmental operating hours.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
10+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
QUALIFICATIONS
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive growth and profitability.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Excellent understanding of digital marketing, brand management, and market research.
Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to inform marketing decisions.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Experience working in the hunting/shooting industry is preferred.
