The Position:

The Laser Engraving Department Supervisor will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of the Engraving Department, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and exceptional quality in every project.

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of engraving technicians by providing guidance and support to ensure the highest level of performance and job satisfaction.
• Oversee the scheduling and prioritization of engraving projects to meet deadlines and customer expectations. Ensure that all projects are executed with precision and adhere to quality standards.
• Implement and maintain quality control processes to guarantee the accuracy and consistency of engraved products. Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any issues in the engraving process
• Coordinate and schedule routine maintenance for engraving equipment to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance
• Develop training programs to enhance the skills of engraving technicians. Stay informed on industry trends, advancements and incorporate relevant training initiatives. Conduct performance evaluations, providing constructive feedback for team members.

About You:

• You have at least 5 years of proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment, along with in-depth knowledge of engraving techniques, materials, and equipment.
• You have a passion for quality and have experience with improving processes and organization
• You can make decisions under pressure and solve problems efficiently
• You are a natural leader, bringing excitement and passion to your team while motivating them with your exceptional work ethic, positive reinforcement, and desire to constantly improve
