Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Sales to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth in the firearms industry. Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
10+ years of sales experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role, preferably within the firearms or related industry.
Proven track record of driving sales growth and developing successful sales strategies.
Strong understanding of the firearms market, including regulations, trends, and customer needs.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and market trends to make strategic decisions.
