Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales growth by identifying and targeting key opportunity accounts.
• Develop and execute sales growth strategies that deliver measurable results.
• Collaborate with and train sales staff to refine pitches, enhance client interactions, and close deals.
• Provide recurring coaching, and mentorship to individual sales personnel
• Work closely with business owners and executives, demonstrating comfort and expertise in strategic discussions and market share capture.
• Assist in the planning and execution of sales and marketing campaigns, promotions, and daily strategy.
• Lead the onboarding process for new sales hires, ensuring effective training and a strong dealer base.
• Report regularly to the executive team on sales targets, progress, and achievements.
• Coordinate with operations to prioritize allocated inventory and new releases.
• Support the organization of trade shows, exhibitions, and other promotional events.
• Visit customers to understand their needs, gather feedback, and strengthen business relationships.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in business development and sales leadership roles.
• Strong track record of driving sales growth and developing successful strategies.
• Comfort in the outdoor industry (preferred).
• Experience working with executive leadership and business owners.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• 4-year bachelor’s degree or industry equivalent
