The Operations Manager is a key leader within En.Range,Inc., you will work closely with all department leaders to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable plans to address operational challenges. You are expected to lead by example, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational efficiency within the team. You will also be involved in budget planning, resource allocation, and performance monitoring to ensure that operational objectives are met.
As the Operations Manager you will be tasked with driving safety initiatives and overseeing training programs to maintain a secure working environment. Additionally, you are responsible for implementing and evaluating Operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Standard Work processes. By focusing on both short-term improvements and long-term strategies, your aim will be to enhance operational excellence standards across safety, quality, delivery, costs, and inventory management.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2+ years of experience leading an operations department in a service technician environment.
A plus if it was in environmental services or the firearms industry.
Experience working in a high-demand role ensuring that jobs and projects are completed on time, within budget, and meeting client expectations.
Experience in leading improvement initiatives, such as continuous training, tracking QA metrics, assessing/enhancing safety, and logistical coordination.
Ability to manage multiple projects and assignments.
Ability to thrive in a highly dynamic and demanding work environment.
Ability to manage and adapt to an ever-changing projects schedule.
Ability to lead and manage crews, crew leaders, and project managers.
The ability to focus on, and deliver, high quality crew performance and results.

Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and able to learn new administrative processes and systems.

Oversee project management, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution of environmental services and initiatives.
Ensure compliance with environmental legislation and regulations and maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and developments.
Collaborate with senior management to set operational goals.
Promote a culture of safety within the organization and oversee adherence to health and safety policies.
Comply with any reporting requirements and ensure compliance.
