As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for actively reaching out and engaging with customers to promote and sell our products. Your primary focus will be initiating contact with potential leads and converting these leads into satisfied customers through effective communication and sales techniques. You will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, guiding them through the sales process, addressing any concerns or inquiries they may have, and ensuring their needs are met. This role requires a proactive approach to sales, with the ability to identify opportunities, negotiate deals, and close sales effectively. Additionally, you will collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets, provide product demonstrations, and stay informed about industry trends and competitors. Proven experience in sales or customer service
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
