LOCATION: Onsite, NA Headquarters, M-F, full-timeSUMMARY: Assists with the daily production and advertising operations resulting in monthly issues (print and/or digital) of magazines accurately and punctually according to established quality standards and policies.ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES1. Assists with maintaining all required elements for advertising material. Includes constant customer contact, maintaining accurate records, generating internal reports, and assisting the Sr. Production Operations Coordinator in the assembly of each title, and each issue as it relates to advertising content, layout and deadlines.2. Inspects advertising material for accuracy, along with the corresponding insertion order, and ensures material is the correct size and
