Taurus Holdings, Inc. is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager – Mass/National Accounts to lead and grow our channel partnerships across mass, national, and chain store retail accounts. In this key leadership role, you will drive sales strategy, build lasting client relationships, and oversee national account programs to meet and exceed revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead national account sales operations to meet monthly and annual sales goals.
Develop and manage channel strategies, programs, pricing, and budgets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships and lead contract negotiations.
Collaborate across internal departments including sales, marketing, shipping, and finance.
Analyze market trends and implement data-driven growth strategies.
Coordinate and support retail training programs and industry trade shows.
Oversee external sales agency performance and ensure brand positioning in the marketplace.
What We're Looking For:
10+ years of relevant sales or account management experience, ideally in consumer products or the firearms industry.
Proven expertise in national/mass retail sales management and strategic channel development.
Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
