Design & Visual Content Creation:

• Develop high-quality graphics for digital ads, social media, website content, email marketing, and print materials.
• Create compelling layouts and designs for brochures, catalogs, product packaging, event signage, and trade show displays.
• Ensure all visual assets align with brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent look and feel across all platforms.
• Continuously research industry trends, competitor branding, and emerging design techniques to keep the brand fresh and innovative.
• Ensure final deliverables meet technical specifications for various print and digital applications.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite — especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Lightroom. Bonus for experience in Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Strong understanding of design principles — layout, typography, color theory, visual hierarchy, and composition.
• Experience designing for both print and digital media, including social media graphics, web banners, email campaigns, catalogs, and packaging.
• Working knowledge of print production processes, including preparing press-ready files, color management, and vendor coordination.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, giving and receiving creative feedback with a positive attitude.
