ROLE SUMMARY:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Sales Representative to join our team. Unique opportunity to build the foundation of a strong commercial program, while having the support of a nearly two decades old privately held / family-owned company. You will be responsible for meeting our business customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. Senior Sales Representative duties include developing key growth sales strategies, tactics, and action plans. Successful execution of these strategies is required to achieve your financial targets. Our ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics, and superb interpersonal skills.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
· Develop and implement strategic sales plans tailored to the company’s goals and targets,
· Identify potential customers, understand their needs, and establish business relationships with them,
· Present and sell company products or services to current and potential clients,
· Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts,
· Manage the customer relationship, providing support, information, and guidance and resolving any emerging problems,
· Negotiate contracts and close deals with the aim of maximizing profits,
· Maintain a thorough knowledge of the company’s products, competition, and industry trends,
· Provide feedback to the company regarding customer needs, problems, interests, and potential for new products and services,
· Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events,
· Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, and participating in professional societies.

Must be able to present and deliver clear and crisp executive presentations. Will coordinate external sourcing relationships for development and support. Must be able to travel to customers, shows (25-50%) travel,
