Chief Executive Officer (CEO)Wyoming State Shooting Complex – Joint Powers Board Reports To:Chairman of the Board and Full Joint Powers Board Position Overview The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will serve as the senior executive for the Wyoming State Shooting Complex, overseeing all planning, development, construction, operations, fundraising, and public representation efforts on behalf of the Joint Powers Board (JPB). This individual will be responsible for guiding the complex from early development through launch and long-term operation, ensuring the facility is nationally recognized, locally supported, and professionally managed. This role requires strong leadership, political and publ
