Traditions Performance Firearms®, a leader in the outdoor industry, is looking for a National Sales Manager to join their team!   Responsibilities: Lead internal and external sales teams to maximize company revenue and ensure policies and procedures are followed. Conduct internal weekly sales meetings to ensure accountabilities are met on a timely basis. Create monthly sales reporting for external sales teams, and work with rep groups to ensure sales objectives are met.
