 Job Description 
 
 Use data to support the definition and execution of the Company&#8217;s overall marketing strategy and plans all tactical marketing campaigns in support of the Company&#8217;s Sales goals. 
 
 
 Own the process for developing the marketing vision for the brand, including brand positioning, messaging, key differentiators, and customer engagement strategies. 
 
 
 Develops positioning, messaging, packaging, and go-to-market strategy for current and new products. 
 Designs, creates, and executes effective marketing campaign components including but not limited to emails, social media posts, blogs, webinars, case studies, sell sheets, product overviews. 
 Manages the design, content, and maintenance of all Company websites and related web pages. 
 Train sales reps to understand our branding message while providing them with the necessary resources to properly position and sell Adams Arms products. 
 Performs market research to support decisions on new products as well as to inform targeted marketing messaging. 
 Manages marketing spend and all marketing vendor relationships to ensure ROI. 
 Organizes, plans, and executes all aspects of marketing events, trade shows and promotional materials. 
 Creates and implements branding guidelines and related templates and other materials (letterhead, presentations, training, etc.) 
 
 
 Partner with business stakeholders to develop marketing initiatives to meet business objectives. 
 
 5+ years of relevant experience in product marketing, preferably in the outdoor industry and some familiarity with firearms. Experience as a one-person Marketing Team highly preferred. 
 5+ years of experience in crafting messaging, positioning, and marketing content, which includes developing engaging marketing assets (e.g., product videos, catalogs, web content). 
 5+ years of experience developing results-driven platform go-to-marketing strategies and product launches. 
 Undergraduate degree in a business discipline or equivalent experience with an authorization to work in the U.S. 
 Outstanding written/verbal communication skills and excellent storytelling ability. Competence as a creative writer with the ability to create effective professional marketing communications. 
 Demonstrated ability to develop and launch a successful go-to-market strategy and grow technology products. 
 Experience building strong, collaborative cross-functional partnerships and working with outside marketing agencies.

 Position Summary 
 The Customer Engagement Supervisor&#8217;s main duty is to coach and develop their team members to deliver exceptional service and engaging experience to our customers.&#xa0; The Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that our customers are treated with the respect and personal attention helping to inspire loyalty and trust in our callers.&#xa0; 
 Duties and Responsibilities 
 
 Motivate their team to continually nurture our customer relationships through engaging interactions and exceptional customer service 
 Provide daily coaching and feedback to their team 
 Be an inspiring leader, be a positive morale driver 
 Develop team members through career pathing discussions, training, and development of career goals 
 Manage employee performance through coaching of KPIs and accountabilities 
 Identify and targets employee gaps and coaches to drive improved performance 
 Motivate team through praise, recognition and leadership 
 Provide a supportive and dynamic experience to team members to maintain a high level of employee satisfaction 
 Serve as a liaison for phone teams to ensure their voices are heard, that obstacles are cleared, and opportunities to grow and learn are leveraged&#xa0; 
 Perform real-time management of the call center to ensure service level goals are met or exceeded 
 Be an active communicator to keep team and leaders apprised of call trends, technical issues, personnel issues and feedback.&#xa0; Ensure agents have the tools they need to be successful 
 Defuse and resolve escalated caller situations 
 Support the team on the phones by answering questions and live phone assistance 
 Be available to help cover other Supervisor teams as needed 
 Skills/Abilities and Educational Requirements: 
 
 1+ years experience in customer service or call center 
 1+ years people management experience 
 Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Business or Communications preferred 
 Skilled coach and mentor 
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
 Computer literacy and understanding of software and internet functions 
 Time Management and multitasking skills

 Position Summary 
 Help us inspire loyalty and drive company sales by providing exceptional service and an engaging and genuine experience for our customers.&#xa0; We aren&#8217;t just a customer service team; we build relationships and make our members and employees feel they are part of our family.&#xa0; 
 The Customer Engagement Assistant supports the 3rd shift Supervisor lead, coach and develop our rockstar team of 3rd shift &#8220;Super Agents&#8221;.&#xa0; The Supervisor Assistant will be the only onsite leader 75% of their shifts. 
 Our &#8220;Super Agents&#8221; support our customers through engaging sales and service discussions over phone, email and chat.&#xa0; In addition, the team is responsible for assembling outgoing products and information to be sent to our Members.&#xa0; Overnight Advisors pivot to a variety of tasks throughout the evening based on customer needs.&#xa0;&#xa0; 
 Duties and Responsibilities 
 
 Assist Supervisor in daily operations of the team, managing the team 75% of the time as the only onsite leader 
 Coach and train Advisors to deliver quality service, drive sales, and productivity 
 Help to motivate their team members 
 Provide assistance to customers and build relationships through engaging interactions and exceptional customer service 
 Assist in answering real time questions to employees on phones and digital media 
 Provide a supportive experience to team members to maintain a high level of employee satisfaction 
 Coordinate initiatives to prepare, produce, and fulfill new and renewing member kits, customer orders and materials 
 Listen to employee feedback and bring to Supervisors attention as needed 
 Perform real-time management of the call center to ensure service level goals are met or exceeded 
 Defuse and resolve escalated caller situations 
 Be available to help cover other Supervisor teams as needed 
 Skills/Abilities and Educational Requirements: 
 
 1+ years experience in customer service, sales or call center teams 
 1+ years people management experienceA sales and customer service orientation 
 Associate degree or higher preferred 
 Skilled coach and mentor 
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
 Computer literacy and understanding of software and internet functions

 Customer Service Digital Supervisors are responsible for the coaching and development of the Digital Advisors, in our call center, as well as all personnel and administrative responsibilities that stem from their team. 
 The Digital Supervisor must be more than just a people manager but a professional/personal coach and leader as well.&#xa0; The individual must  inspire, cheerlead, mentor and be a daily source of energy. 
 Additionally, the Digital Supervisor must be aware of all happenings within the company that would affect the Digital Team and communicate them effectively.&#xa0; This will require good rapport and communication with other departments as well.&#xa0; These relationships must be developed and maintained.&#xa0; This will promote interdepartmental growth and be an example of continuity to the Digital Team. 
 The Digital Supervisor is responsible for the execution of any strategies or actions necessary to maintain and exceed member loyalty and for gathering department input and implementing initiatives.&#xa0; Additional responsibilities include general operational support to the U.S. Concealed Carry Association members and prospects, projects assigned by manager or any other departments that align with the supervisors role and responsibilities. 
 Duties/Responsibilities: 
 
 Responsible for the upholding and encouraging ambassadors to act within the Customer Engagement Purpose: &#8220;We inspire LOYALTY through exceptional SERVICE and ENGAGING experiences built on trust&#8221;. 
 Coaches and trains the CE Digital Team members effectively, encouraging and helping to facilitate their growth and development.&#xa0;&#xa0; 
 Drive a culture of Loyalty through all digital care interactions. 
 Handle escalated customer contacts. 
 
 
 Develop policy, guidelines, processes, and procedures for all modes of contact on digital platforms. 
 Ensure effective cross-functional/cross-departmental communications for all of the CW Digital Team needs as well as cross-functional requests from other departments. 
 
 
 Responsible for the KPIs and performance of CE Digital teams. 
 Analyze employee metrics and utilize data to not only find coaching opportunities but also performance improvement. 
 
 
 Responsible for live management of the floor to attain service levels (SL). 
 Assist IT in the optimization of current platforms through feedback gained from advisors. 
 Skills/Abilities and Education Requirements:&#xa0; 
 
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
 Computer literacy, understanding of CRM software, advanced internet functions and the ability to teach and troubleshoot these functions for the Digital Team Members. 
 Ability to identify and resolve problems quickly. 
 Excellent task management skills. 
 Required ability to lead and direct others in alignment with Delta Core Values. 
 Excellent critical thinking skills 
 Ability to work independently and collaboratively to meet deadlines. 
 Background in Customer Service and/or Sales desired.
