 Davidson&#8217;s&#xa0;is an innovative leader in firearms distribution recognized for its excellence in creative marketing, technology, and world-class customer service. Davidson&#8217;s is currently seeking a  Sales Coach  to join our hard-working sales team in Prescott! 
 Our Sales Coaches are responsible for setting the example for mindset, pace, delivery, and intensity for our sales team. The Sales Coaches stimulate, encourage, and guide the team to excellence by working individually with each of our 55+ Account Executives and collectively with the entire team. 
 Sales Coach Responsibilities include 
 
 Coaching the sales process to our Account Executives in the moment 
 One-on-One coaching with the Account Executives a minimum of 85% of each shift 
 Motivating and educating the sales team on an individual basis and in group settings with a positive, action oriented agenda focusing on current promotions, successes, and strategies 
 Report to Sales Management on the results and performance of the team 
 Developing strong relationships with our top customers 
 Manage customer escalation calls 
 Creative promotion and spiff planning and implementation 
 Achieve company objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and projecting future performance. 
 Continuously develop personal leadership, hiring, and training skills 
 Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop a plan to fulfill them 
 Manage day to day operations 
 
 The ideal Sales Coach candidate would possess 
 
 The ability to work in an independent manner with little need for direct supervision 
 A focused and driven attitude 
 Experience in Microsoft Office Suite products, including Power Point and Outlook 
 Experience in data analysis 
 A proven record of successes in sales roles 
 5+ years of experience in a sales management role is preferred 
 Experience in building partnerships and successfully implementing sales programs and techniques 
 A demonstrated ability for planning and organization 
 A customer obsessed drive for success 
 Flexibility and creativity along with conceptual and strategic thinking 
 The ability to communicate in a professional and articulate manner with internal and external contacts at all levels 
 Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
