								<description>WEST BEND, Wisconsin,  The USCCA prepares responsible American gun owners to avoid danger, save lives and keep their loved ones safe.&#xa0;As the provider of sales, marketing, operations and administrative support to the USCCA, Delta Defense, LLC&#xa0;is looking for someone to join our Fulfillment Team.&#xa0;&#xa0;Fulfillment Associates play a critical role in making&#xa0;sure our members&#8217; orders are complete and accurate.&#xa0;In this position, you will find, process and pull orders for shipment, and pick, pack and ship all orders and materials.&#xa0;On our team, everyone plays a critical role and thrives in an environment that is constantly going and growing. 
 *This is a first shift&#xa0;Monday-Friday opening at our West Bend, WI HQ.* 
 Position Summary:&#xa0; The purpose of this position is to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of product orders, welcome kits, magazine circulation and merchandise. 
 Duties/Responsibilities: 
 
 Utilize company platforms to find, process, and pull orders for shipment&#xa0; 
 Pick, pack, and ship all orders and materials 
 Coordinate with external teams to prepare upcoming promotion packages and postage costs&#xa0; 
 Alert management of inventory and/or shipping supply needs 
 Prepare, produce, and fulfill new and renewing member kits 
 Have all orders ready by USPS/UPS pick up times. Coordinate delivery of items not picked up on site. 
 Assist with returned mail processing 
 Process and ship all private magazine sends 
 Process, produce, and mail internal renewal, collections, and retention mailings 
 Maintain and fulfill internal employee purchase requests 
 Maintain and organize warehouse and off site storage facility 
 Use pallet jacks, forklifts, and other equipment to relocate and organize products and shipping materials 
 Quality check received inventory items and report deficiencies 
 Update and maintain customer account information 
 Update and fix incorrect/inaccurate product order requests 
 Prepare and send magazine mailing list to vendor 
 Other duties as assigned 
 
 Skills/Abilities and Education Requirements:&#xa0; 
 
 High School Diploma or equivalent 
 Computer literacy and understanding of software and internet functions 
 Ability to work independently or as a team to meet deadlines 
 Flexibility to take on new and differing tasks and schedules 
 Exceptional organizational skills 
 Background in Customer Service desired 
 Be able to work on your feet for up to 10-12 hours per day 
 Be able to regularly lift up to 50 pounds 
 Be able to bend, pull, push, squat, lift and reach throughout the day

 Position Summary:  
 The Range and Retail Project Administrator is responsible for supporting the VP Range and Retail in hitting revenue goals and KPIs. 
 This role is focused on high-impact opportunities for the Company.&#xa0; It includes planning, research, prioritizing, and closing high-impact opportunities, and working with the professional field sales team to onboard, implement and grow these large accounts.&#xa0; This role includes creating reports detailing pipelines, forecasts, and other sales metrics. 
 The Range and Retail Project Administrator will work closely with other internal assets including Outside Sales, Affiliate Sales, Retail Marketing, Content, Events, Training, Member Services, and other contributors as needed. 
 Duties/Responsibilities: 
 
 Assist the VP of Range and Retail in day-to-day operations to prioritize and focus on high-impact opportunities through research and planning. 
 Help to coordinate strategies and sales initiatives for high-impact opportunities. 
 Follow-up activities to keep sales initiatives moving forward in cooperation with other assets within the company 
 Work with the field sales team to coordinate onboarding, instructor training and certification, curriculum adoption, participation in training classes, and broadening the relationship between the client and the Company. 
 Work with the Sales Operations Support Team to develop reports detailing prospect pipeline, forecasts, Official Partner activity tracking of high-impact partners, etc. 
 Work with the Retail Marketing team to prepare for meetings and follow-up implementation of marketing programs developed for partners. 
 Work with the Training team to organize instructor training and certification for partners. 
 Work with the Affiliate team to implement digital marketing with partners. 
 Handle miscellaneous duties as requested by VP Range and Retail and Sales management. 
 Skills/Abilities and Education Requirements: 
 
 Minimum of 3-5 years experience and success in sales, sales administration, or business development roles. 
 Bachelor&#8217;s or Associates&#8217;s degree in marketing/sales or business-related field or equivalent work experience is preferred. 
 Previous leadership experience is a plus. 
 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to draw conclusions and make solid recommendations. 
 Entrepreneurial-minded professional with strong interpersonal skills 
 Strong business acumen and ability to capitalize on target market findings and develop long-term strategies to capture market potential. 
 Proven ability to work effectively with a diverse range of people at all levels and functions of the organization.

They may assist with making B2B sales, executing all negotiated deliverables, handling client complaints, collecting and analyzing data, and improving the overall partnership experience. 
 The Marketing Specialist for Business Development brings expertise in project management, offering road-maps, and go-to-market tactics with strong experience and performance records. Manages a portfolio of high traffic producing accounts to achieve leads, sales, and profit goals by selling the USCCA offering through partner channels.&#xa0; Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals internally and externally. Influences the work of other teams to accomplish negotiated offerings. 
 Duties/Responsibilities: 
 
 Create action planning project management timelines and prioritizing documents for the partnership account. 
 Drives the deliverable goals of short-medium-long term objectives through short-medium-long term tactics internally and externally; 
 Establishes and maintains on-going customer and strategic business relationships; 
 Be the day to day internal subject-matter expert on the segment(s) and partnerships, including market requirements, applicable regulations, industry trends, competitors, and market conditions; 
 Drive, liaise, and partner with content creation team relating to end user-specific content. (e.g. SEO, social media, white papers, PR, videos, sales copy, events/conferences/seminars, briefings, product demos, etc.)&#xa0; 
 Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal cross-functional departments, internal customers to include; business development team members, marketing, member services, IT, finance and HR colleagues, etc. 
 Ability to build solid relationships through phone, email and video calls with partners (internal and external).
