								<description>Sheridan, Wyoming,  We are growing our sales team. Part time and Full time sales reps are welcome. This is a phone based sales position. Each independent sales representative will be assigned a specific territory to conduct phone calls. The right candidate needs to call, follow up, and ensure sales results, follow up again, etc.. Multiple follow ups are needed to be successful. In person visits to clients are not required but encouraged when it makes sense to do so. 
 We have detailed customer lists to work from. RAE Industries products are designed, manufactured and sold exclusively in the USA. We go to great extents to be 100% USA MADE. This is B2B sales.

 Training for this position is deliberately minimal since fundamentally in relationship sales people like to buy from people who they like and relate with. We emphasize the relationship part of sales. We offer a rewarding compensation structure. Basic hourly rate plus commission. This will be ideal ONLY IF you are results driven. 
 &#xa0; The right candidates must meet the following interpersonal characteristics: 
 
 Relationship based sales experience. 
 Natural at sales. A people person, kind, but persistent. 
 No is not an option, be adaptive yet tactfully lead the direction of the calls. 
 Have grit, persistence and have a personal irritation toward excuses and know how to clear these obstacles, both personal and professionally. We do not use scripts, only a framework for making calls. Be adaptive. Be a real person, authentic, genuine and flexible towards the customers needs. 
 Available for long term commitment. You need to get to know our customers, take good care of them. 
 Keep political conversations to a minimum. 
 
 &#xa0; The right candidates must meet the following technical requirements: 
 
 A background knowledge of handling firearms, gun safety, and understanding different firearm accessories. Clients expect to &#8220;talk shop&#8221; with you. 
 Formal sales training experience preferred. Technical / application sales. The stronger the better. B2B sales experience. 
 Good Internet connection, good computer skills, excel, email, maintain detailed call logs in the CRM software.</description>

 The Marketing Manager position is responsible for the direct management and control of the Stag Arms brand and marketing strategy; executing campaigns that align with company initiatives to reach revenue goals. &#xa0;Responsible for the strategy, direction and day to day management of the marketing department, creative team and customer service, as well as the gatekeeper for all Stag Arms related content both directly and from external partners.&#xa0; You will be able to build your support team, through direct hire or contractors, to accomplish the scope of work.

 Developing a creative plan focused on consistent content creation and campaign execution

 Seek out new marketing opportunities and brainstorm growth strategies that fit with the brand and maximize opportunities for growth

 Collaborate with industry partners to create engaging campaigns that reach new audience segments

 Experience and Education Requirements 
 
 BS in Marketing/Business or equal experience 
 2+ years proven experience managing a marketing department and budget 
 Familiarity with Google Analytics and other ecommerce reporting tools 
 Experience with the Adobe Creative Suite 
 Working knowledge of MS Office, including a strong working knowledge of Excel 
 Experience managing social media channels for a notable brand 
 Experience dealing with high level customer service related issues

 As the Stag Arms Product Manager, you will plan, implement and direct the development of effective product offerings that drove top line sales and track and manage pricing to ensure financial targets are achieved.&#xa0; Work closely with marketing and sales on product strategies that drive top and bottom line objectives. 
 New Product Development 
 
 Evaluate feasibility of new products including market demand, design, manufacturing and present concepts to senior leadership team for evaluation and approval. 
 Develop strategy for new product introduction and/or integration. 
 Develop project scope, objectives and manage cross functional aspects of execution. 
 Maintain strong communication and relationships with internal customers on all NPD objectives. 
 
 Product Offerings  
 
 Create and manage daily, weekly or seasonal deals to support retail and dealer sales. 
 Develop new product offerings, including SKUs and pricing. 
 Continually analyze and review pricing to ensure it reflects current cost structure. 
 Identify, manage inventory to drive sales.
 
 Track lead times and inventory levels. 
 Develop product offerings and pricing to maximize inventory throughput. 
 Develop creative solutions to move inventory. 
 
 
 
 Bill of Materials 
 
 Oversee the BOM development process for new products or product offerings. 
 Ensure BOMs are maintained and kept current. 
 
 QUALIFICATIONS 
 
 The ideal candidate should have a bachelor&#8217;s degree in business administration and minimum 5-years industry work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. 
 Must have strong technical product knowledge. 
 Has strong connections to industry and up to date on all industry news and trends. 
 Strong project management and execution skills with unfailing attention to detail. 
 Ability to effectively communicate professionally both internally and externally.</description>
