 General Purpose:

 As a Channel Manager, you&#8217;ll be a part of our National Retail Channel team, responsible for profitability, promotion, pricing, assortment planning, driving strategic initiatives and new product plans for key growth categories within the independent dealer channel.&#xa0; You&#8217;ll get to: 
 Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 
 
 Direct and coordinate strategic initiatives and marketing activities to achieve operating and budgetary plans for the business.

 Collaborates with key accounts, sales team, supply chain, product management, marketing, and finance to support sales activities and oversee coordination of product allocation and program, promotion, advertising, or event fulfillment. 
 Oversee forecast for Independent Channel working with Business Analyst role annually and monthly updates collaborating with supply chain. 
 Collaborate with Business Analyst on reporting monthly sales numbers, performance-to-goal tracking and measuring objectives for each sales territory on Independent Dealer sales. 
 Develop annually sell-in promotions that tie to product drivers working with VP of Sales, marketing, product management, finance and supply chain, track effectiveness and recommend changes for improvement as needed. 
 Periodic travel with field sales team to present new products, merchandise, programs, and promotional strategies to Independent Dealer owners/ buyers to gain buy-in, product placement and stay current with the competition. 
 Interface with marketing and product management on in-store point-of-sale materials. 
 Responds to sales (inside/ outside) &#38; customer service inquiries. 
 Manage annual promotional budget spend with sales team. 
 Supports the company MAP policy to control pricing issues. 
 Work with customer service to track &#38; support new dealer acquisition, product lines and levels. &#xa0;

 Measure, analyze, and reports key process metrics, while monitoring adherence to key performance indicators (KPI) that are assigned to the product categories. 
 Identify possible product shortages against inventory plans and develop action items. Marshal resources to address action items and follow up on all material shortage-related issues. 
 Coordinate and facilitate the monthly Demand/Supply Review meetings; act as Process Owner of this meeting to ensure the process is an integral part of the planning and control process

 The Digital Supervisor must be more than just a people manager but a professional/personal coach and leader as well.&#xa0; The individual must  inspire, cheerlead, mentor and be a daily source of energy. 
 Additionally, the Digital Supervisor must be aware of all happenings within the company that would affect the Digital Team and communicate them effectively.&#xa0; This will require good rapport and communication with other departments as well.&#xa0; These relationships must be developed and maintained.&#xa0; This will promote interdepartmental growth and be an example of continuity to the Digital Team. 
 The Digital Supervisor is responsible for the execution of any strategies or actions necessary to maintain and exceed member loyalty and for gathering department input and implementing initiatives.&#xa0; Additional responsibilities include general operational support to the U.S. Concealed Carry Association members and prospects, projects assigned by manager or any other departments that align with the supervisors role and responsibilities. 
 Duties/Responsibilities: 
 
 Responsible for the upholding and encouraging ambassadors to act within the Customer Engagement Purpose: &#8220;We inspire LOYALTY through exceptional SERVICE and ENGAGING experiences built on trust&#8221;. 
 Coaches and trains the CE Digital Team members effectively, encouraging and helping to facilitate their growth and development.&#xa0;&#xa0; 
 Drive a culture of Loyalty through all digital care interactions. 
 Handle escalated customer contacts. 
 
 
 Develop policy, guidelines, processes, and procedures for all modes of contact on digital platforms. 
 Ensure effective cross-functional/cross-departmental communications for all of the CW Digital Team needs as well as cross-functional requests from other departments. 
 
 
 Responsible for the KPIs and performance of CE Digital teams. 
 Analyze employee metrics and utilize data to not only find coaching opportunities but also performance improvement. 
 
 
 Responsible for live management of the floor to attain service levels (SL). 
 Assist IT in the optimization of current platforms through feedback gained from advisors. 
 Skills/Abilities and Education Requirements:&#xa0; 
 
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
 Computer literacy, understanding of CRM software, advanced internet functions and the ability to teach and troubleshoot these functions for the Digital Team Members. 
 Ability to identify and resolve problems quickly. 
 Excellent task management skills. 
 Required ability to lead and direct others in alignment with Delta Core Values. 
 Excellent critical thinking skills 
 Ability to work independently and collaboratively to meet deadlines. 
 Background in Customer Service and/or Sales desired. 
 Background in Sales/Customer Service Coaching desired.

 Daily individualized coaching sessions with sales advisors

 Work the floor/group chat answering advisor questions when presented 
 Managing UKG Time 
 Maintain accountability for team&#8217;s follow-ups 
 Guide compliance to policies and procedures for the team. 
 
 Strategic 
 
 Creating strong advisors 
 Establishing coaching and retention programs that are tailored for advisor improvement and maximizing business results 
 Work with manager and Sales team to draw up new ideas/plans/tests 
 Be a go-to on the floor for all sales agents, take escalated calls, help close calls by real-time coaching 
 Support/Improve morale of team through gamification and rewards 
 Looking to develop, mentor and lead up and coming Team Leads 
 Skills/Abilities and Education Requirements:&#xa0; 
 
 High School diploma or equivalent 
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
 Ability to identify and resolve problems quickly with available resources and balance priority of multiple issues. 
 Firearms and self defense knowledge and training is highly preferred. 
 Background in Customer Service and people building is required.
