 Customer Service Digital Supervisors are responsible for the coaching and development of the Digital Advisors, in our call center, as well as all personnel and administrative responsibilities that stem from their team.

 Position Summary:&#xa0; 
 This role will be responsible for improving and building successful training operations within Official Partners (OP) and Independent Instructors founded in USCCA curriculum and training programs. The Field Training Specialist (FTS) will guide them in the various ways that they can leverage the USCCA Curriculums and Training Programs to grow their business. The FTS will report to and take direction from the Training Division and will also partner with the District Sales Manager (DSM) and Account Executives (AE) within their district to prioritize and execute all business needs relating to training. 
 Duties/Responsibilities: 
 
 Help business partners to fully understand the features and benefits of USCCA curricula and training programs. 
 Share training business best practices. 
 Oversee certification of business partners in USCCA curricula. 
 Understand and be able to instruct others in the use of the USCCA Training site and other digital tools that become available. 
 Support partners as needed during the change management process. 
 Advise and guide business partners as it relates to the execution of USCCA training programs. 
 Offer continuing education opportunities for partner instructors. 
 Follow Programs of Instruction and Lesson Plans for appropriate and applicable curricula. 
 Follow and instruct others in USCCA Training SOPs. 
 Provide timely after-action reviews to USCCA Training Division. 
 Complete comprehensive evaluations of candidates for instructor certification and/or training counselor certification. 
 Maintain a healthy working relationship with business partners, Account Executives and fellow TC&#8217;s/CI&#8217;s. 
 Represent the USCCA Training Program in a professional manner. 
 Meet and exceed the Instructor Code of Conduct. 
 Support the USCCA Training Tour as needed. 
 Attend and support company events as needed. 
 Other duties as assigned.&#xa0;

 CCHDF - USCCA Training Counselor Certified 
 Understand and be able to clearly communicate USCCA Training Division policies and standard operating procedures.

 Work is performed in classrooms and on shooting ranges (indoor and outdoor).
